After returning to their classes at the beginning of the new school year, the students completed their first semesters in Syria and Turkey. This year, the organization’s schools have taken on more than 12,000 students in Akrabat, Dana, Salwa, , Al-Fath, Al-Farouk, Al-Dana Girls and Qah in Syria as well as Jayl School in the Turkish city of Rihaniyah.
The educational program includes a package of integrated services which accompany the standard educational curriculum, such as psychosocial support activities and provision of stationery. In addition to this the services thrive to meet the needs of the schools and maintain their equipment and facilities.
Watan also seeks to set up Scout clubs in its schools inside Syria, as well as expand the activities of the Turkish Scouts
