My Last 10 Nights – WATAN

Don’t Miss

Laylatul Qadar

21st Night

Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that one year, when the month of Ramadan started, the Prophet (P.B.U.H) said:
"This month (of Ramadan) has begun, and there is a night in it better than one thousand months. (So,) anyone deprived of its (blessings) is actually deprived of all goodness. Indeed, He is truly deprived who is kept away from its good."
Ibn Majah & authenticated by Al-Albani

22nd Night

A'ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
"When the last ten nights (of Ramadan) would begin, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would keep awake at night (for prayer and devotion), awaken his family and prepare himself to be more diligent in worship."
Al-Bukhari and Muslim

23rd Night

A'ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) also reported:
"The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H) used to strive more in worship during Ramadan than he strove in any other time of the year, and he would devote himself more (in the worship of Allah) in the last ten nights of Ramadan than he strove in the earlier part of the month."
Muslim

24th Night

"The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, i.e. 83 years and 4 months)."
Surah Al-Qadr (97:3)

25th Night

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: "The Prophet (P.B.U.H) said, "Whosoever performs Qiyam (night vigil prayer) during Laylat Al-Qadr (Night of Decree), with faith and being hopeful of Allah's reward, will have his former sins forgiven."
Al-Bukhari & Muslim

26th Night

A'ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
"The Prophet (P.B.U.H) kept standing (in prayer) so long that the skin of his feet would crack. I asked him: "Why do you do this, while you have been forgiven of your former and latter sins?" He said, "Should I not be a grateful servant of Allah?"
Al-Bukhari & Muslim

27th Night

Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H) saying,
"Every night there is a special time during which whatever a Muslim asks Allah of any good relating to this life or the Hereafter, it will be granted to him; and this moment comes every night."
Muslim

28th Night

A'ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
I asked: "O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Lailat Al-Qadr (The Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, " You should supplicate:

"O Allah, You are Oft-Pardoning, and You love to pardon, so pardon me."
Ahmad, Ibn Majah, and at-Tirmidhi

29th Night

Abu Hurairah quoted Allah's Messenger (P.B.U.H) as saying:
"Whoever stands (in prayer) in Laylatul Qadr while nourishing his faith with self-evaluation, expecting reward from Allah, will have all of his previous sins forgiven."
Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim

30th Night

"Verily, We have sent it (this Qur'an) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree)."
Surha Al-Qadr (97:1)

How Does My Money

Make A Difference?

Your donations through WATAN UK play a critical role in helping Syrian communities living in displacement for the past 10 years. We deliver your generosity directly to the person or family that needs it the most. You could make an impact on their lives in the following ways.

Providing Food For A Family

Food insecurity is growing rapidly in Syria. Your donation to our Food Security & Livelihood programme could provide sustainable solutions to overcome food insecurity in the country.

Provide Clean Water

Several areas where people have access to water are still vulnerable due to the poor quality of water. Your donation is delivered directly to the needy for clean water.

Provide Shelter For The Displaced

More than half of the Syrian population has been displaced inside the country. Your generosity during the blessed nights could provide a safe shelter for a family.

Zakat

Make a big impact through your Zakat by donating it during the 10 blessed nights. WATAN UK delivers your Zakat to the neediest.

Sadaqah

Charity protects the donor from calamities. You can give Sadaqah to people living in dire conditions, such as the civilians in Syria who lost everything in the seven-year conflict.

Support An Orphan

Provide an orphan with food, water, healthcare and education through our Orphan Sponsorship programme. You could change a child’s life by donating only £1 a day.
